JMI Account Login: Email Verification and First Sign-In

You will receive a JMI back-office account. Your login information includes:

• Email (usually your own email, used to receive a verification code)
• Password (initial password; you can change it later)

How to sign in

1. Enter your email and password.
2. Click Get verification code to log in.
3. Check your inbox. The code is typically delivered within a few seconds.

If you did not receive the verification email

• Confirm the email address is correct.
• Check whether the email was filtered or ignored in your mailbox.

After logging in

You will be taken to the Home page, where you can see the Zendesk platform(s) and ecommerce store(s) already connected to your account.
